"That's not carpet, that's germs baby!" -Austin Powers in The Man with the Golden Mask

Alas! As the team was grouping up to wrap the mission, an alert was flagged. The location we identified for our upcoming mission has encountered some airborne pore outbreak.

It appears that the world has reached the end of its quarantine limit and there's no return to normal. Not because of any good reason, but because that's the game we're playing. Behold, practice in understanding human behavior.

Your task is to practice bodystorming so to better understand all of the ways that human behavior and hidden touch points can exacerbate or complicate the spread of disease.

<aside> 🦠 While we're living in a scary time with very real repercussions, we can still have fun in trying to understand how to retain trust, comfort and fun through familiar activities.

Prompts

Once you've identified the prompt, start to identify the pieces that need to be personified, assigning actors.

Use Miro, stickies or otherwise note roles so that everyone can see.

Ideating Solutions and Innovation

Bodystorming and gamestorming are great ways for us to engage our senses, bring back our knowledge through engaging activities, and lower our personal barriers so that we can understand and ideate. Use the rest of your time together to expand on your problem, think about possible solutions and land on one thing you'd like to design.

Utilize How might we... or choose another activity or technique to think about ways to solve for the problem you identified last week. If you're looking for something simple and quick, try the Innovation Generator; To innovate based on gaps in the market, try the Market Opportunity Navigator; To gain empathy around an experience or environment, you may try the Semantic Experience Mapping (also here). There are templates for each in your squad Miro board, but feel free to choose one that works best for you all.
