Day One Overview

We’ll spend the first day overviewing the course and expectations, learning about the field, design as a practice, and the GA community. In the morning, we’ll be making introductions and talking about your learning journey. In the afternoon, we’ll talk design and review the pre-work.

Onboarding Tasks

Before you shut down for the day, please take a moment to get prepared for the weeks ahead:

• [ ] Download Slack, Miro and Zoom
• [ ] Write down one question you have about this experience.
• [ ] Update your bio, name and photo on Slack, Zoom and join Google Classroom
• [ ] Once you're done, fill out the Onboarding Form
